Terms of use and legal notice

1. Purpose

Crownfit is a sport and nutrition app: meal plans, sessions, a gym map, a community, XP and ranks. These terms govern its use. By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Account

• You must be at least 15 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your password and for the activity of your account.
• An account is personal. Creating accounts in bulk or with automated tools is forbidden.

3. Health warning

Nutrition plans, calories, suggested supplements and sessions are general estimates calculated by rules. They are not medical or dietary advice. See a doctor before changing your diet or resuming intense activity, especially in case of illness, pregnancy or treatment. Stop immediately in case of pain or discomfort. Prices shown are estimates.

4. Community rules

You are responsible for what you post. The following are forbidden: hate speech, harassment, violent or sexual content, unsolicited advertising, content that does not belong to you, and promotion of dangerous practices (doping, extreme diets). We may hide content or suspend an account that does not follow these rules. To report content: write to crownfitcontact@gmail.com.

5. Free, ads and Premium

• Free: 2 generations per week, shared between the nutrition plan and training sessions, and up to 2 extra generations by watching ads, every 4 days. The community is not available with the free account. These limits may change.
• Premium: unlimited generations, access to the whole site (community included), no ads. Current price: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year, including all taxes. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• In mobile apps, payment and cancellation go through the App Store or Google Play, which apply their own terms.
• Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription. If you ask for immediate access to the digital service, you acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully performed, within the limits set by law. To request a refund, write to crownfitcontact@gmail.com: the refund is made through Stripe, to the payment method used.

6. Intellectual property

The Crownfit brand, logo, design and the app's code belong to the publisher. You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to display it in the app according to the audience you chose, while your content is online.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the app available and accurate, without any guarantee against interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for an injury or health problem resulting from inappropriate use of the advice. These clauses do not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that does not comply with these terms. We may change these terms; you will be informed of important changes.

9. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, contact us first at crownfitcontact@gmail.com. You may then use a consumer mediator free of charge: [TO BE COMPLETED: name and contact details of the mediator].
